📦 Orders & Shipping

1. How long does Livino EU take to deliver?

Livino EU offers fast EU wide delivery, usually between 3–12 business days depending on your country and European warehouse location. All orders include tracking for full visibility. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to easily locate your order directly from our website at any time. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Check your tracking link or contact us for help.


2. How quickly are orders processed?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation and a tracking link once your order ships.


3. Which countries does Livino EU ship to?

Currently, we ship to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In the near future, we plan to ship to all European Union countries. Also, at this time, we do not ship outside the EU.


4. Do I get tracking for my order?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey from warehouse to your home. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to easily locate your order directly from our website at any time. Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update.


5. Does Livino EU offer express shipping?

Express shipping is available for selected products. When available, it will appear at checkout.

6. Are Livino EU products safe for children?

Yes. All products meet or exceed EU child safety standards, including EN-71 and CE certification where applicable.


7. Where are the products made?

We partner with trusted European suppliers known for premium materials, excellent craftsmanship, and compliance with EU safety regulations.


8. Do products require assembly?

Some items arrive fully assembled, while others include simple assembly instructions. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.


9. Are the product photos accurate?

Yes, all images reflect the actual products. Minor color variations may occur depending on screen settings.

11. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

Not at this time. All orders must be paid online.

12. What is the Livino EU return policy?

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and condition. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.


13. What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.


14. Do customers pay return shipping costs?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
