1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return.
  • Certain brands or products may be excluded from returns according to supplier policy. Any such exclusions are noted on the product page.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • EU Returns: Standard return shipping fees apply and may be deducted from your refund or billed separately.
  • Higher-cost regions (such as Cyprus, Malta, or Greece) may have adjusted return shipping fees.
  • No restocking fee
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order for the desired item.
  • Refunds are issued only for products that meet the conditions listed in this policy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive goods
  • Items specifically marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, contact us at info@livinoeu.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
